Note: We disable analytics cookies by default for users in the EU, UK, EEA, Turkey, and California, and activate them only with your explicit consent.

If we introduce advertising or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this section and ask for your renewed explicit consent before placing them.
3. Similar Technologies
In addition to cookies, we use:
3.1 Local Storage and Session Storage
Browser-based storage for temporary data (draft Sparks, UI state, theme preferences). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you trigger a save action.
3.2 Web Beacons and Pixels
Tiny images embedded in emails to confirm delivery and track open rates (only for transactional and, with your consent, marketing emails).
3.3 Device Fingerprinting
We use FingerprintJS to generate a hashed device identifier for abuse detection. This is not a cookie but a combination of device characteristics (screen size, timezone, user agent). Only the hash is stored — not individual characteristics.
4. Your Cookie Choices
4.1 Cookie Consent Manager
When you first visit DivuSpark, you are shown a cookie banner with three options:
- Accept All: All cookie categories enabled
- Reject All (except Essential): Only essential cookies active
- Customize: Choose categories individually
You can change your preferences anytime by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer.
4.2 Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to:

- Clear cookies when closing the browser
- Refuse cookies entirely
Note: Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent core features from working, including login.
